Principal's Message 25-26

Welcome to Hillview Elementary School!

All of us here at Hillview are excited to begin our 62nd school year with the theme of "Wild About Learning!" We look forward to many adventures in learning and exploration throughout the school year.

Whether you are new to the Hillview community or been with us for years, the small-town, family atmosphere can be felt the moment you walk in the door. Hillview is supported by a vibrant Home and School Association that enhances the educational experience for the students. The hard working staff takes great pride in the school and works tirelessly for the students. Many of our staff members are local community members and several are even former Hillview students! 

The primary goals of the elementary years are for our students to become independent readers and writers, build a strong foundation in mathematics to prepare and support the middle and high school experience, and explore engaging topics in STEM and humanities. Our Curriculum and Instruction department ensures curriculum at all levels is robust and able to meet the needs of all learners. Academics are supported through many offerings in our media center, music, art, and physical education programs.

The facilities team has been busy preparing the building for the return of the students. We look forward to welcoming everyone back on Thursday, September 4th!
